Civil Engineering Students from Universities and Technical Collages require in-service training or experiential learning in order to complete their national diploma and eventually graduate. Since the year 2019, Motla Projects has been taking students for in-service training to prepare them for the construction and civil engineering industry. Since the inception of this programme, we have been receiving positive feedback from different companies about the knowledge and experience transferred to the students as they start their careers in the construction and the built environment.

Motla Projects has made it a priority that when executing projects, we hire local SMMEs and give them training on contracts administration, projects management, health and safety and technical skills and we assist them to grow and upgrade their CIDB grades.
